During your consultation, I’ll listen to your goals, answer your questions, and provide personalized recommendations. You’ll receive honest guidance, an overview of risks, benefits, social downtime, and results, and we’ll create a maintenance plan to preserve and enhance your results.

Rejuvenation Services

Enjoy a curated selection of non-surgical rejuvenation treatments designed to enhance natural beauty, restore vitality, and improve skin quality with minimal downtime. Our services include Botox®, dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra®, Radiesse®), chemical peels, and facial microneedling, as well as scalp microneedling to support hair growth and reduce hair loss.

Through our program we will ensure you stay focused on sustainable, safe and effective weight loss.

Concierge Health Survey

We can provide you with orders for bloodwork to screen for common conditions and case-by-case refills of established prescriptions while you reconnect with or establish care with a primary care provider.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not prescribe opioids or other pain medications, and insurance prior authorizations are not available at this time.

Victoria Loya
(She/Her/Hers) ARNP

Victoria expressed an interest for helping others from a very young age and had dreams of working in healthcare. After moving to the US from her native Mexico, she completed a Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2005 and cared for adults in Critical Care for 8 years in Arizona and Texas. Throughout her career as a bedside nurse, she considered applying to Graduate School and hoped to make greater contributions to the health of patients. Unsure about the pathway to take, she passed the Critical Care certification (CCRN) exam, which would have allowed her entrance into any Nurse Anesthesia Program. She ultimately decided to pursue a degree in Nurse Practitioner and graduated with honors in 2013.

Besides being a Nurse Practitioner, Victoria is a Clinical Trial sub-investigator for a local specialty practice in Tacoma and has helped develop novel medications for the treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Seeking a better life-work balance as a single mother of 2, she obtained her Aesthetic Injectables Certification. Since then, she has attended numerous aesthetic trainings and began treating family and colleagues. Encouraged by her friends and peers, Victoria created Rainier Blossom in the Spring of 2024. Through her aesthetics practice, Victoria is able to blend her experience with her strong commitment to helping others feel their best.
